Description

Mrs. Parker, the 6th grade English teacher, knows someone looked at her grade book while she was out of the room. There was a small black smudge that she knew wasn’t there before – and she needs to know who left it there! Students will learn about matter and mixtures while using paper chromatography to solve the mystery and determine exactly who looked in Mrs. Parker’s book. Was it Laura, Stacey, Derek or Paul? Only you will know!

Dates: Monday- Friday
Times: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00
Duration: 50 minutes
School Fee: $7.00 per student/1 chaperone free with every 10 students/extra chaperones $7.00 each. Fee includes admission into various museum exhibits.
Minimum Attendance: 15
Maximum Attendance: 30
Bilingual: No
Technical Needs: Various exhibit spaces may be closed due to programming and maintenance.
Other Information: Please check-in for your field trip at the former Science Place building, 1318 S. Second Avenue in Fair Park.

Deadline: Please book at least 2 weeks before your requested date.
Cancellation Policy: 2012-2013 Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy for programs booked with ArtsPartners funding: Perot Museum of Nature and Science School Day Programs and Outreach -A nonrefundable deposit is due within 10 days of booking your program. (An ArtsPartners voucher number and approval code) -Your remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your scheduled visit date. -If you choose to reschedule your program you must contact the reservations department at least 2 weeks before your scheduled visit in order for your deposit/payment/voucher to be applied to your new visit date. -Your reservation may be cancelled if your deposit/payment/voucher information is not received by the due date. -Refunds will only be made in the event of Museum equipment failures, power failures and school closings. NO OTHER REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
