Description
Located in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, The Crow Collection is a permanent set of galleries dedicated to the arts and cultures of China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia. The museum offers a serene setting for quiet reflection and learning. FREE docent and self-guided tours for both student and adult audiences are available at the Crow Collection of Asian Art Tuesday through Friday during regular museum hours. All tours meet in the main lobby of the museum and last approximately50 minutes. Guided tours at the Crow Collection are interactive, discussion-based experiences exploring the significance and cultural context of works of art from China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia as represented through our permanent collections and special exhibitions on view. The Crow Collection of Asian Art is happy to provide bus subsidies for group tours on a first come, first served basis. Please note that touring Asian art and culture will involve discussion of Eastern customs, religions, and philosophies in order to understand the works of art. The Crow Collection of Asian Art does not promote any particular belief or religion.

Scheduling / Booking
Instructions: To schedule a tour at the Crow Collection of Asian Art, please contact Katy Stewart, Education Coordinator by email at education@crowcollection.org at least three weeks in advance. All K-12 student tours require one adult chaperone for every fifteen children.
Deadline: Please schedule three weeks in advance for guided tours
Cancellation Policy: Tour cancellations must be made a week in advance to Katy Stewart, Education Coordinator by email at education@crowcollection.org. Changes to tours will result in rescheduling three weeks from time of contact.
After School Policy: We offer after school hours tours until 9 pm Tuesday through Thursday and until 6pm on Friday. Arrangements must be made three weeks in advance.
